Alison has been on staff at CCK since April 2002 and holds a Diploma of Education from the Institute of Early Childhood Development and a Bachelor of Education from Deakin University. Alison has worked in Early Years Education for 30 years, including work with 3 year olds at Warekila Preschool, 4 year olds at Tarralla Preschool and with Prep and Grade 2 students at Springview Primary School. Alison is first aid trained and is a registered member of the Victorian Institute of Teaching.

Elise has been on staff at CCK since Jan. 2003 and has completed the first module of the Integration Aide Certificate. Prior to her employment at CCK Elise has worked as a kindergarten assistant in a number of preschools in Maroondah and has also been involved in volunteer work at Croydon Hills Primary School. Elise is first aid trained and holds a current working with children check.
